Flash Points Terms and Conditions
These Flash Points Terms and Conditions (“Points Terms”) govern the earning and use of promotional points (“Flash Points”) issued by [Flashmonk Inc.] (“Flash”). These Points Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Flash, and are incorporated into and form a part of the Flash.co Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Points Terms are defined in the Terms of Service. By earning and redeeming Flash Points, you agree to be bound by these Points Terms.
To participate in the Flash Points program, you must be a registered user of Flash app and your Account must be open and in good standing. Flash Points are provided solely for loyalty, award, and promotional purposes, and are for your personal, family, or household purposes only. You cannot use Flash Points for any business or commercial purposes.
Flash Points can only be used to redeem specific goods or services from third-party merchants and service providers supported by Flash (“Merchants”). Flash Points have no value outside the program, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.
You will earn Flash Points by participating in activities designated by Flash to be eligible for earning Flash Points (“Eligible Activities”). Eligible Activities include, for example, signing up for an Account, placing orders with specific stores, referring friends, and meeting a minimum order requirement during a promotional period. The types of Eligible Activities and the amount of Flash Points earned by each Eligible Activity may change from time to time in our sole discretion. You can view the Eligible Activities you may participate in by logging into your Account or Mobile App. You must meet all the terms and conditions of an Eligible Activity to earn Flash points. Flash Points earned will be posted to your Account within [6-8 weeks] of the completion of the Eligible Activity. If we later determine, in our sole discretion, that you no longer meet the terms and conditions of an Eligible Activity (e.g., you later return an order and no longer meet the minimum spend requirement), or that you have engaged in fraudulent or misleading activities to earn any Flash Points, we reserve the right to void any Flash Points that have been posted to your Account. You can check the amount of Flash Points you earned in your Account or Mobile App.
Flash does not assess fees for the earning, use or non-use of Flash Points. However, you may be charged taxes or fees by the Merchant providing the goods or services you redeem your Flash Points for. You are solely responsible for such third-party fees and expenses.
Your Flash Points expire in 12 months.
You may contact us about missing Flash Points after you complete an Eligible Activity. You are responsible for all activities and transactions made using your Flash Points, whether or not you authorized the transaction. If you provide another person with access to your Account, you are responsible for all transactions they make, even if that person exceeds their authority. Flash is not obligated to replace lost or stolen Flash Points.
Flash may make changes to these Points Terms, from time to time, in its sole discretion, by posting an updated version of these Points Terms to the Site without notice to you. Your continued participation in Eligible Activities and redemption of Flash Points following the posting of a new version of these Points Terms constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. Flash may assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations under these Points Terms to any third party at our discretion.
